Merrickville

Today was the annual Christmas shopping trip to Merrickville. I convinced Mother to let me drive (yay me!) and off we all trundled. We managed to get out there early this year. Usually, we're heading out closer to the beginning of December. Today was lovely temperature-wise but it was pouring rain for almost the entire time we shopped. Fun was had by all. We ate lunch at the Yellow Canoe Cafe and it was delicious. And of course, if we find nothing else, we always find fudge.

The six pieces you see there are being split between Mother, myself and Aunt N. Yummy!

And on a completely unrelated note, here's a scrapbook layout I did a couple of weeks ago at a class in Kingston.
